"Decent vanity, not much help installing it"
I bought a vanity from them and the vanity itself was fine. It looked like what I expected and the quality seemed okay, so I dont really have complaints about the actual product.

The frustrating part was the install support. I emailed a couple basic questions and it took days to hear back, then they just sent me the same guide I already had. My plumber figured it out eventually, but I was expecting a little more help after buying from them.

"Really easy to use, especially compared to others lately"
I used Renovator Store recently while looking for some bathroom items, and it was one of the smoother sites I’ve been on in a while. Everything was easy to find, the filters actually helped, and the product pages gave me enough detail without making me scroll forever. Checkout was straightforward too, which I appreciated after dealing with a few annoying ones lately. Based on this experience, I’d definitely use them again.

"Slow replies and felt a bit blamed"
I had to follow up a few times before I finally got answers from customer service. When they did get back to me, the response itself was fine, but the waiting around made everything more frustrating than it needed to be. I also got the feeling they were kind of putting the blame on me for the issue, which didn’t feel great. Maybe they were just busy, but at the time it didn’t feel very helpful

"Order was mostly right, but a bit disappointing"
I ordered from renovatorstore.com.au and most of it was fine, but one item turned up in a slightly different size than the one I chose. It wasn’t a massive issue, but it did hold things up and was frustrating. The rest of the order arrived okay, but I was a bit disappointed and would definitely double check everything closely next time before using it...

"Good value for the price"
I bought a vanity and a couple of taps and, honestly... they were cheaper than what I found in local shops. The quality was actually better than I expected too. Delivery took a few days, but yeah, no issues in the end. Happy with what I got for the money

I ordered from renovatorstore.com.au and ended up needing to return something that wasn’t quite right. The product itself was okay, but the return process felt a bit slow and not super clear, haha. I had to chase up the refund too, and it took longer than I expected. Not the worst experience, but the returns side was definitely annoying. I’d probably think twice next time unless I’m 100% sure about the item.

"Showed up sooner than I thought"
I was expecting it to take a little longer, so I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived quickly. The box was in good shape too, which always makes me feel better about the order overall.

"Honestly, shipping was solid"
I ordered a bathroom tap and, i was kind of bracing for delays, but nope — it showed up right when they said it would. Tracking actually worked too, which was a nice surprise. The box had a little dent in it and I definitely had that quick “oh no” moment, but the tap inside was totally fine. I’d use them again for sure, though the shipping wasn’t exactly the cheapest.
